Kim is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and throughout the Caribbean. Kim prefaced her Legal Education with an Associate of Arts in Business and a Bachelor of Science in Management. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School in 2007, her Legal Education Certificate from Hugh Wooding Law School in 2009, and her Master of Law in Natural Resources Law and Policy from Dundee University in 2017.
Kim possesses the dual capacity function to provide optimal performance when engaging in solo projects and she is also a proven performer within collaborative teams. Her commitment to ongoing education ensures that she is up to date with changes are they occur.
Family, God, and trust are the core values that motivate Kim to strive for equity and justice in all her endeavors. As such, integrity, honesty, discretion, and prudence are the cornerstones of the foundation of Kim's approach to every matter which engages her attention. Her ability to examine things from all sides ensures that she does not jump to conclusions, relying on solid evidence in matters.
