Trial Attorney

"I consider trial by jury as the only anchor ever yet imagined by man, by which a government can be held to the principles of its constitution."

                                                                                                -Thomas Jefferson

TRIAL EXPERIENCE ALWAYS MATTERS

Trial practice is probably the one area of law, above all else, where experience matters the most. My experience as a courtroom advocate, handling real cases with real consequences, started almost 30 years ago. I served as a Guardian Ad Litem for New York City Bar Association where I was tasked with representing men and women who served our country and found themselves in housing court facing eviction from their homes. A few years later I was representing the elderly in New York Supreme Court in consumer fraud cases through the Elder Law Clinic at St. John's University School of Law.

I worked in 3 of 5 prosecutors' offices in New York City as a clerk, student attorney, and Assistant District Attorney. It is fair to say I understand how cases are handled in the courts on all levels. Later, I served as a Justice Advisor for the United States Department o State in Afghanistan, where, once again my trial skills were called upon.

I appeared in courts in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Guyana, and Trinidad & Tobago. I have tried both criminal and civil cases to verdict.  I am a National Champion and winner of multiple Best Advocate Awards. The key to my success is my meticulous preparation; because every detail matters, and I am fearless as an advocate.

When it matters most, you want an experienced attorney standing by your side. Give us a call.
