Client charged with Assault in the Second Degree, and other related charges, a class D Felony. In addition to jail time, client was faced with losing his job and pension after over 20 years of employment.  The case was negotiated to anger management classes + Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal (ACD). The client returned to work full time with full pay, faced no further disciplinary action and the case will be dismissed and sealed.
