Client was charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, and other charges, in a domestic matter. Prior to joining the case, the client had a warrant; he advised by our office to turn himself in with an attorney. The client surrendered with us by his side and he was released. We negotiated a period of adjournment and the case was dismissed and sealed.
