Client charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation: Apply Pressure, and other charges. Client hired us after the matter was set for trial. During trial the prosecution offered Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal (ACOD). Client accepted and the case was dismissed after the statutory time.
